Outstanding Partner Support System
  • To select partners with outstanding delivery results among those partners with which STX Engine made transactions in the previous year and give them an incentive
  • Details of major incentives: 50% of payment by cash for the delivered goods will be made within 10 days after the deadline for settlement and allocate new supply first
Purchase Condition New Product Development Project
  • When a small- or medium-sized company develops a product needed by its parent company, the Small and Medium Business Administration provides a support for development cost to the company, and the parent company provides supports in cash/in kin d as well as development manpower, and guarantees to buy a developed product for a certain period of time. (Handled by Small and Medium Business Administration)
  • Details of support: Provides support in cash/in kind for approximately 75% of the entire development costs
    1) Subject proposed by a source of demand: Contribution from government less than 55% (up to KRW500 million), source of demand (parent company) greater than 20%
    2) Subject proposed by a company: Contribution from government less than 57% (up to KRW250 million)
Project for Consulting Support to Partners
  • To provide customized consulting services connected to government in the areas of weakness, as well as technical problems, etc., of small and medium sized companies to improve productivity and secure global competitiveness (Handled by Small and medium Business Corporation).
  • Details of support: Of total consulting services, support 50% of the amount to be borne by a partner (55% supported by the government)
  • Sector subject to support:
    - Management sector (financing strategy, personnel and labor strategy, marketing strategy, management system, environmental manage ment, global management strategy, etc.)
    - Technical sector (technology development, production technology, site management, cost improvement, process improvement, M&A promotion, new business model planning, etc.)
Support for Online Training to Partners
  • To open an online training system of the parent company to partners in order to train the manpower of small and medium sized companies and improve job performance and provide support for expenses./li>
  • Details of supports: Provides support for the entire expenses for the online training of partners (up to KRW24 million per year)
Training of Defense Industry Partners for Cost
  • To perform training about the costs for general defense materials in order to reinforce the cost estimation and analysis capability of the partners in the defense industry (2 times a year).
Operation of STX Engine Win-Win Society
  • To reinforce competitiveness through cost reduction and quality improvement by promoting cooperation between STX Engine and partners, and promote amity and mutual development between parent company and member companies.
  • Criteria for membership: STX Engine's partners which made transaction with STX Engine for more than 3 years and whose transaction amount exceeds KRW one billion.
  • Major details: Regular (temporary) general meeting of STX Engine Win-Win Society, Shared Growth Committee of STX Engine Win-Win Society, STX Engine Family Volunteer Group, Overseas Training Program of Hands-on Workers of Partners, Overseas Industries Visit of Representative Directors of Partners
